Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026 · in plain English

TrackSave is a website that helps you keep track of your subscriptions and find cheaper plans. It's made by a student in Australia. By using TrackSave, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Prices are a guide

We check prices and deals on official websites, but they change often and we can make mistakes. Always check the price on the app's own website before you sign up, switch or cancel. Use "Your price" (✎ on a subscription) for what you really pay.

TrackBot is not financial advice

TrackBot is an AI helper. It gives general tips about subscriptions and can get things wrong. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice. You make the final decision, and TrackBot never changes your list without you tapping Approve.

TrackSave doesn't touch your real subscriptions

TrackSave only keeps a list. It can't sign you up, cancel, or pay for anything on other apps. To cancel or change a subscription, do it on that app's website or in its app. Reminder emails are a helpful extra, not a promise: they can arrive late or not at all, so please don't rely on them alone.

Your account

Fair use

Please don't:

If someone does, we may limit or close their account.

TrackSave Premium

Free and Plus TrackBot limits

Free accounts get 10 TrackBot AI questions a day, and Plus gets 40. We may change these limits to keep TrackBot running for everyone, and we'll show the current limit in the app.

Changes and downtime

TrackSave is a small project. Features can change, and sometimes the website or TrackBot may be down. If we make a big change to these terms, we'll show it in the app or email you.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that protect you where you live.
